Learn easy-to-do exercises to break out of the stagnant seated desk posture. Exercises can be used daily to facilitate movement between classes or structured as a mini-movement break for students during class. No equipment needed (unobstructed arms-width wall space and floor space are needed). (Repeat of 12:30pm session)
Session Objectives
Through participation in this session, participants will
- learn about proper posture and desk ergonomics
- practice exercises for upper back and shoulder stiffness.
